[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]We are looking for freelance collaborators for PanamericanWorld.

PanamericanWorld is a digital communication platform whose objective is to generate journalistic content about the Americas. We are focused on business, sports, travel and culture; and our bet is for calm and quality journalism, for untold stories. Always with a human background and an agile, original and multimedia story that can exploit all the capabilities of digital journalism. We like good stories!

If you want to work with us, you can propose a story, a report, an interview or a series of articles that fit into our content line.[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_cta h2=”” css_animation=”none”]Startup stories.

Our first objective is to show the world the great talent that emerges daily in the countries of the Americas. Latin Americans are creative and brilliant people who are creating one of the most dynamic startup ecosystems in the world. Help us identify these entrepreneurs and tell us their story. We want to give them visibility[/vc_cta][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_cta h2=”” css_animation=”none”]Reports on economy and new technologies (tech, fintech, blockchain, videogames).

We have a current and future vision. The world is transforming at a vertigo speed and we want to be witnesses and part of that revolution. We are interested in informing about digital evolution, explaining the changes that are taking place in order to better understand the horizon to which we are heading. Latin America is an active agent of that change.[/vc_cta][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_cta h2=”” css_animation=”none”]Interviews.

It is the most classic format of journalism but also the one that allows a better approach to the protagonists of the stories. We are looking for bright and open minds, entrepreneurs, athletes, creatives, artists or characters that have a story to tell. We want intelligent and agile interviews. And we like that history is accompanied by quality photographic support.[/vc_cta][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_cta h2=”” css_animation=”none”]Reports on Latin American and Caribbean sports and athletes.

We are interested in stories of improvement. We like to discover the athletes who will be the future stars of the world sport. We want our collaborators to show us the other side of the sport, that of the anonymous characters who fight daily to achieve their dreams based on sacrifice and effort.

Interviews with the most reputable chefs, discover the most original and unknown restaurants, the most interesting customs and culinary traditions. We want to put the accent on the great richness and diversity of the gastronomy of the continent.[/vc_cta][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]

How can you propose your collaborations?

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=”none”]

  • Make sure that the article you want to propose is related to the Americas (Canada, United States, Latin America and the Caribbean).

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=”none”]

  • Explain how your report fills a void or offers coverage or a new angle that may be of interest to our readers. Be original. Investigate first what else has been written about this topic and explain why your angle is new.

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=”none”]

  • If your proposal is an article in depth and with multiple perspectives, we need to know your strategy: how you intend to develop this story. Who do you have access to? Who do not you have access to? How will you compare the data? How will the photographic material be incorporated?

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=”none”]

  • Create a story, not a theme. “The startups of Mexico” is a theme. “The Mexican startup that has designed an application to identify certain skin diseases” is a story. We want you to explain the story to us, if you are going to interview the protagonists, if you are going to visit them, if you are going to share time with them, if they are going to announce a novelty in scoop … Context is everything. You must know how to frame your story.

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=”none”]

  • Finally, include a proposal for the title of your article. If you do not feel tempted to click on it, it probably is not a good headline. And you know better than anyone how important a good owner is.

[/vc_column_text][icon_counter flip_box_style=”advanced” icon_size=”0″ block_desc_front=”If you are clear on the subject, you are convinced that your article is a good contribution for PanamericanWorld and you have foreseen all the steps to take to complete the report, you can send your proposal to:” block_desc_back=”Send your collaboration proposals by email” custom_link=”1″ button_link=”url:mailto%3Acontribucion%40panamericanworld.com|||” button_text=”contribucion@panamericanworld.com” button_txt=”#ffffff” height_type=”ifb-custom-height” box_height=”80″][vc_column_text]If we are interested, we will contact you to coordinate the following steps. All collaborations, of course, are remunerated.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]
