It's her senior year and she could not have closed in a better way, Chloe made 321 kills in 94 sets. Only 43 errors and 550 attacks to reach the highest effectiveness rate in the nation with .505 , the only player in the country that could cross the .500 barrier.
If you imagine the perfect volleyball player, you definitely have think she is much like Chloe Mann. This girl is 6 ft 2 and has tremendous physical power, high capacity and speed jumping and a powerful shot . Chloe is terror around the center of the court every time the Gators play. She never misses a match, she played 29 of the 29 in the season. She had 321 accurate kills for a total of 3.41 kills per set . She made 550 attacks and had 18 assists .
On the defensive end she also had a high level, Chloe made 24 digs had 14 individual blocks and 61 blocks in attendance for a total of 75 blocks.
She’s entirely a " team player " and emotional leader on the court action and a great example of study and dedication beyond.
Chloe is one of the most prepared recruits in the history of the University of Florida. This girl came to the university in 2009 from Eastside High School in her native Gainesville and right away had enough college credits to achieve academic qualification of a Junior. These credits had obtained through the Advanced Placement program . She was the 2009 Gainesville Sun Scholar-Athlete of the Year and Jeffrey Meldon / WCJB TV-20 Scholar-Athlete of the Year also in 2009. She graduated with a 4.8 ( weighted) / 3.92 unweighted ) GPA.
In her Sophomore year (2011 ), Chloe led the conference with a .500 attack efficiency with 145 kills , 262 attacks and only 14 errors . It was the fourth team in blocks with 67 for a total of .96 per set .
In her junior year she was part of the First Team All-America as well as the First Team All- America VBM and also named SEC Player of the Year . She led the Gators with 1.15 blocks per set and was named SEC Offensive Player of the Week twice .
The Florida Gators are ranked as the No.4 team in the nation, had a regular season record of 26 wins and only three defeats.
